Jimny may sound like a rather odd name, but do not let it fool you. This classic model it tough, dependable and up for an off-road challenge. It’s a similar styled vehicle to a Jeep, but it’s compact body and its 1.3 litre engine makes it an ideal road car.

The 4 wheel drive system is superb for off-road situations while it’s both manual and automatic transmission are available. The fuel economy is good too, and prices are very affordable. Inside, you get everything you’d need but it certainly doesn’t boast a great deal of style.

This car can work as an effective towing machine, while it merely has a top speed of 87 mph so don’t expect nippy speeds with this model. You can go form 0-60 in 14.1 seconds, but it’s not the type of vehicle you’d want to race around in but it can provide a comfortable, affordable and enjoyable ride.
